In this process, I want you to think about interviews as “One person asking questions, and the other answering but strategically injecting pre-planned answers that add value to BOTH parties.”
What do most people want when they come to work with me?
They want to:
-Feel more relaxed
-Feel in control
Those are great goals. But, it is important to separate the way something feels from the way it looks and is perceived. You can feel nervous and look completely relaxed. You can feel relaxed yet look nervous.
